Novotel Bogor Golf Resort, Bogor

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was nice with a lovely view, but it was a bit noisy at times due to late-night music. The cleaning service was particularly attentive to our specific rooms - 349, 351, 353, and 355.

The hotel's rooms need serious renovation to meet even a 3-star standard, let alone the claimed 4 stars. They felt extremely dated compared to the rest of the hotel. The service was top-notch, with staff being extra attentive, warm, helpful, and friendly. The location, although near a toll exit gate, provided a perfect short getaway from Jakarta with opportunities to relax. The dining experience, specifically at the Meranti Restoran, was limited and not suited for international tastes. Overall, the facilities were lacking in comparison to other Novotel hotels.
